In home personal training.
In-Home Personal Training is an excellent option for the busy individual that does not have the time to make it to a Gym or for an individual that may not feel totally relaxed in the gym… surroundings.
If you have your own In-home Gym or if you have no equipment a home then that is No problem! I will bring the equipment to you and train you in the space you have available at your home.
Sessions are up to 60 minutes in duration and prices vary on distance to clients location.
Train in the gym.
Here we will work to book a time that suits your schedule and the sessio will be carried out in the HiB fitness gym. Price per sessions are as follows:
• 1 hour session €30, initial consultation included,
• 5 – 1 hour sessions €150, initial consultation included,
• 10 – 1 hour sessions €270, initial consultation include,
Train in the gym with a friend – buddy system.
Sometimes the thought of using a gym can be quite daunting for a total beginner, why not avail of the buddy system.
This system allows you plus a friend to train in the gym with the help of me.
• 1 hour session €45,
• 5 – 1 hour sessions €250,
• 10 – 1 hour sessions €450,
24 hour cancellation policy applies to all of the above bookings.
If less than 24 hours cancellation notice is received you will be still charged for the session.
Gift vouchers.
Gift vouchers are a perfect gift idea for friends and family on all special occasions. The recipients do not have to hold a membership at the leisure club. Please contact me regarding the details.

The majority of teams these days are taking a much more professional approach to their sports. Over the last few years fitness training for teams have become very important as team are realizing if they want to be successful they have to have very high fitness levels. Combined with that, is the fact that for some players a season can be very long so they have to also work on their endurance and stamina levels.
A properly structure pre and mid season training program can make all the differences to grassroots players and teams, plus it also helps in the reduction of injuries to players through out their season. Having good core strength, adequate flexibility and good fitness levels all give a player the best chance of having a successful and injury free season.
We specialize in fitness training for all different types of teams ranging from gaelic, rugby, soccer, etc. I work on the physical fitness, strength training, body conditioning and improved flexibility/core stability of players.
